The 21st "TPS Dojo in China"

Since 2012, we are holding "TPS Dojo" in Sekkou Province in China. We have hold the Dojo 21 times, and the trainees reached to 1000 by today.

"TPS Dojo" consists of 3 parts; TPS theory, Kaizen (improvement) practice, and QC activity. The trainees are able to learn the TPS theory and practical methods of Kaizen through the Dojo in 2 days. So, we have a reputation that the Dojo is greatly useful to proceed Kaizen activities by themselves after the trainees returned to the workplace.
